1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Because POW! Energy is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

We may offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

Product arrives damaged
Incorrect item received
Order lost in transit
Manufacturing defect

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include photos of the shipping box and product.
Do not discard product until the claim is reviewed.

Once approved, we will:

Ship a replacement at no cost, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Issues

POW! Energy is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to incorrect address entry, reshipping fees may apply.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

5. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If enrolled in a subscription:

You may cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable.
To cancel, log into your account or contact support.
