What is Cognizin® Citicoline?

Cognizin® is a branded form of citicoline, included at 200mg per can.

Citicoline is commonly used to support cognitive function and focus. POW! includes it as part of our formula designed for mental performance.
Why is L-Theanine included?

Each can contains 200mg of L-Theanine.

L-Theanine is often paired with caffeine to support smoother energy and reduce the jittery feeling that can come with high-stim energy drinks.
What electrolytes are in POW!?

POW! delivers 540mg of electrolytes, including:

Can I drink more than one can per day?
